It's The People That Make A Home by Emma Prempeh

I go from success to success

from glory to glory

my pathway is a series of stepping

stones to ever greater success

the power/ the hero/ the magic alchemist

more precious than rubies…

rich beyond my fondest dreams/ abundant

I am wealthy

a magnet for divine prosperity

riches are drawn to me

a badass, a badass at money

I keep telling myself that…

but my savings are a jar

in my kitchen where I keep all

of my one and two pence pieces…

not sure if these affirmations are working

When I was looking at this picture, it appeared that she is a domestic worker taking a rest. I imagined her thinking about a more prosperous future for herself but being confronted with a sad reality. That chimed with the way I have felt as a single parent. Rest can often be filled with regret.
